What is GK One Way Vision made of and how does it work  |

| GK One Way Vision is made of white PVC vinyl face sheet & black back with removable adhesive and paper liner. PVC vinyl substrate with up the material perforated to achieve the desired image resolution and one-way visibility. People can see maximizes its transparency through the black side of the film. |

How to identify the quality of One Way Vision |
|
No glue overflowing: Glue overflowing makes printed picture looked very dirty.
Glue strong enough, not fall off from surface.
No glue leaves behind the applicated surface (That means easily removed): It is hard to clean the applied surface if glue leaves behind the surface.
Excellent ink absorption function: Bad ink absorption OWV affects the image resolution.
Regular hole shape and space: Irregular hole shape & space affects picture's quality.. |

What methods can be used to print on the film |
|
| All solvent based ink suit for printing, such as screen printing, electrostatic transfer, thermal transfer, wide-format digital imaging (solvent inkjet printing) and air brushing. |

How to Install  |
|
Clean the glass surface:
Use mild soap and water to clean the glass (Notes:
Do not use glass cleaners with solvents), then use lint-free cloth or industrial paper towels to dry glass to make the surface completely dry.
Install:
Pre-install test: Attach a small piece of One Way Vision film to glass to identify the adhesion strength.
In winter, apply film in late afternoon, after windows have warmed up. Apply film to glass that is too cold may adversely affect adhesion of film (Generally, temperature of surface should be over 10).
In summer, apply film in the early morning, while glass is still cool. Applying film to glass that is too hot can cause the film to stretch during installation. |

How to select your One Way Vision series |
|
For corner applicated surface,we suggest you choose thin film OWV product GK1005, because it is easy for installation.
For high temperature area, GK1001 and GK1002 is better, their adhesive removing function is excellent.
If you hope the liner can absorb the ink, pls choose GK1006 and GK1007, their liner have the function of ink absorption. |

What kinds of technology are used in RK series Reflective vinyl |
|
| Great K2 adopts two different technologies, one is based on Glass-bead, the other is Micro prism. Products used Glass-bead are Advertisement grade (RK1300, RK1310, RK1320 series) ,Engineering grade (RK2500, RK2510, RK2710 series) and High Intensity Grade.. Micro-prism Grade is adopted Micro prism technology. The following pictures are their structure. |

Which is the major difference of different grade Reflective vinyl |
|
Their major difference is their reflective degree. The biggest reflective degree belongs to Micro prism grade products which are used in high safe reqired field such as person cloth signage( such as police uniform or engineering staff's jack). High intensity grade product’s refletive degree is lower than Micro prism grade, but high than others. High intensity products are used on high visibility solution such as traffic signs of highway. Engineering grade is used on longterm vehicle signage applications. Advertising grade product is lowest reflective degree product, it is used on external signage (such as ourdoor advertisement) and short term vehicle livery application. |

Are all RK series suitable for Screen printing or Inkjet Digital printing |
|
The different reflective vinyl’s surface film is quite different, only PVC surface film can be printed by inkjet printer (Solvent ink or Eco-solvent ink) and screen. For acrylic surface, it can be printed by screen, but can’t be printed by any inkjet printer. PET surface film can’t be printed anyway. RK1320, RK3330, RK4220 and RK4320 series are PVC type which suitable for solvent inkjet digital printing. |

What kind of ink is suitable for digital printing for reflective film |
|
Only Solvent-ink or ECO-solvent ink is suitable for digital printing. Of course, just for PVC surface reflective film. |

How to install |
|
Clean the service surface first (Don’t use solvent cleaner ), then dry the surface enough.Paste the reflective film on application surface smoothly, and it is forbidden that the film is pulled and re-pasted.
The application temperature should be 25±3 degree, and relative humidity of 50~55%. |

How to indentify the quality of Reflective product |
|
The reflective surface should be smooth and glossy, no bubble, no color fading, no irregular reflective function. For digital printing Reflective product, the printed picture should be clear. |
